Race Stamp is a platform for runners to track their race completions, log training runs, earn points, connect with other runners, and unlock rewards from our partners.

To use Race Stamp, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Follow these Terms and our community guidelines

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Race Stamp cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You may not use another user's account without permission. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of content you create on Race Stamp (posts, comments, race logs, profile information). By posting content, you grant Race Stamp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

When logging race completions, you must provide accurate information. We may request proof of completion (race results, finish photos, timing data). Submitting false or fraudulent race completions may result in account suspension or termination.

Training runs and other activities you log should be genuine. Points are awarded based on the data you provide, and misuse of the points system is prohibited.

Race Stamp offers rewards from partner brands. These rewards are subject to availability and may have additional terms and conditions set by the partner. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of partner products or services.

Reward codes are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred. Abuse of the rewards system may result in loss of reward eligibility or account termination.

Race Stamp is a community for runners to connect and celebrate achievements. We expect all users to:

• Treat other users with respect
• Provide constructive and helpful feedback
• Support and encourage fellow runners
• Report inappropriate content or behaviour

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate our community standards.

Race Stamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Race Stamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Race Stamp is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during your running activities. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to Race Stamp.

Upon account termination, your right to use Race Stamp will immediately cease. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Race Stamp and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Race Stamp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Race Stamp without our explicit written permission.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of Race Stamp after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
