Delete your Race Stamp account
You can request deletion of your Race Stamp account and associated data at any time.
What data will be deleted
When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your Race Stamp profile, including:
- Account and profile information
- Race completions
- Training runs
- Community posts and comments where deletion is technically possible
- Reward unlock history
- Marketing communication preferences
Note: Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

Processing your request
We will review and process your request as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
