• Community content: Posts, comments, cheers, and interactions with other users
• Rewards data: Unlocked rewards, redeemed offers, partner interactions

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your Race Stamp account and profile
• Track and display your race completions and training progress
• Calculate points and manage leaderboard rankings
• Enable community features (posts, comments, cheers)
• Deliver partner rewards and offers you've unlocked

• Send marketing communications (only if you have opted in)
• Improve our platform and develop new features

Your account data is used to identify you on the platform and enable core features. Your profile information (name, username, location) is displayed publicly on leaderboards and in community areas. You can control what information is visible in your profile settings.

Race completions you log are visible to other users in community feeds and on your public profile. Training run data is used to calculate your total points and may be displayed in aggregate on your profile. You can choose what information to include when logging activities.

Posts, comments, and other content you share in community areas are visible to other Race Stamp users. You can delete your own content at any time. We may moderate content to ensure community guidelines are followed.

When you unlock and redeem partner rewards, we record this activity to prevent misuse and to provide you with a history of your rewards. We may share your redemption with the relevant partner to fulfil the offer. We do not share your personal contact information with partners without your explicit consent.

We will only send you marketing emails if you have explicitly opted in. Marketing communications may include Race Stamp updates, new features, partner offers, and running community news. You can opt out at any time through your profile settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Companies that help us operate our platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery)
• Reward partners: Only when you redeem an offer, and only the information necessary to fulfil that offer
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We use Supabase for data storage, which provides enterprise-grade security. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We regularly review and update our security measures.

• Erasure: Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Portability: Request an export of your data in a portable format
